Since the recent Microsoft crash and hacking my OmniLogic app won’t connect to my system. I’ve tried so many troubleshooting, remove if the site, reinstalling the app, even my Aquarite system doesn’t tell me my salt levels anymore. Horrible experiences since installed!!!

You are having a major outage of your SQL server according to the omnilogic website. But the app is allowing me to log in and shows me that all my sites are mowing and is asking me to add a new site. My guess is the result set returned by the API is empty due to the SQL Server issue. ( I'm guessing you got hit with the CrowdStrike update. ) A better use experience would be to indicate you are having technical difficulties in the mobile app and to check back later. Versus having people assume you've lost all their equipment profiles. Also your website is barfing up code exceptions to the login page user interface. This is not great as it exposes what your back end architecture is running on, to malicious actors. You need to catch those exceptions and display customer friendly exceptions that do not expose the underlying implementation.

The app is very basic, a bit slow but it does the job. Support is just a list of links to their website. When I try to contact support it tries to download the Mail app (which I don’t use) and it doesn’t provide any email address. Today I opened the app and my data was gone. It said there was no site available. I tried adding it again and I got an error saying I should update the app (no update is available) or contact support. So here I am. Overall a pretty bad experience

Changed the way I’m handling trouble shooting. And from a customer service side it’s unmatched. They are thrilled to allow a ‘pro’ access to their system. I have found it useful.

I would love to see a run-time history for my heater - similar to the Nest app. Apart from that, it is good

It’s a good app but it would be better if it integrated Siri Shortcuts.

Some glitches

We are so happy and pleased with this app. It works like a fine tuned machine. Love it!!
