Had the Omnilogic app and it is really convenient however the other day we had a storm and the app kept working but the system was not the app never new there was an issue. Disappointed in that

The app doesn’t sync to what the system is doing. Example, turn pump to 90%, app stays at 70%. Turn heater on, app shows off.

The real trick shall be the upcoming download .

Easy to use. Lots of functionality. Awesome Color Lights control.

This is awesome when it works, But i leep recoeving error that it lost connection. Everything else works on my internet so idk

So far the app is easy to use and responds well to commands. It’s easy to adjust things on the panel to reflect on the app as well. As long as it’s working. It’s so frustrating trying to contact Hayward and figure out how to update it. Especially when I was told by a Hayward representative that from now on all the updates would be automatic. And instead I get notifications and am told to update it myself at the panel!??

I updated my app and my average and instant salt levels went from 3000 to 800 keeping the cell from turning on. Now I have to figure out how to fix it.

Works flawlessly with the update as well as on the apple watch.

The app is well done and easy to use. We have a very basic setup (one pool), but I can see how it was designed to work well with very complex setups. Would be really cool if I could control some functions or view status via SmartThings instead of the app.
