I have not been able to access my rewards for some time and have tried to get help and contact from the apps customer service support team but no one has responded. Very disappointed

Can’t sign up as a new customer

Same as quite a few other users, you can enter an email address, name and password but there’s no button available to finalise setting up the app

How do I need to sign up? I put all my details in the app but there is no submit button

Doesn’t use iOS AuthenticationServices for password creation/change so it’s nearly impossible to create a strong, manageable password. Then doesn’t use ApplePay so your credit card details are behind an insecure password. May as well be a web app. Well done for fixing the cart issue quickly though.

Absolutely love this app. Very efficient, saves me not having to wait in line during my lunch break and lots of good places to choose from !!!

If you do a lot of commuting, but don’t have the time to sit around and wait for your beverage to be made, this is a game changer.

I’m not a big fan of waiting in lines at the best of times, finding this app was a game changer for me. No more lines and good coffee every morning on my walk to work, thanks guys!
