I have not been able to access my rewards for some time and have tried to get help and contact from the apps customer service support team but no one has responded. Very disappointed

Can’t sign up as a new customer

Same as quite a few other users, you can enter an email address, name and password but there’s no button available to finalise setting up the app

How do I need to sign up? I put all my details in the app but there is no submit button

Unable to creat an account for app so haven’t been able to use it at all. Can’t find a support button in the app without a login so have been unable to use it at all.

When I try to create an account on the app, I am not able to scroll down to hit the final button. Tried to create an account on the website instead, but this created a business account, not a customer account. Therefore, app is currently unusable for me.

Doesn’t use iOS AuthenticationServices for password creation/change so it’s nearly impossible to create a strong, manageable password. Then doesn’t use ApplePay so your credit card details are behind an insecure password. May as well be a web app. Well done for fixing the cart issue quickly though.

Absolutely love this app. Very efficient, saves me not having to wait in line during my lunch break and lots of good places to choose from !!!
