One of the deciding factors in choosing Kohler was its connectivity and tech offerings. This app does everything you want in remaining in contact with your generator while away.

So far this app has been a great asset for our Kohler generator. All the information you need is accessible on the Home Screen of the app!

I would like the app to have the same functionality as the keypad on the generator. For example the ability to reset the time etc.

My wife and I depend on are medical devices and without electricity they would not work and my wife would not survive! The Kohler generator works flawlessly for almost 2 years. The neighbors were complaining last month that they lost power for hours when I didn’t even know there was a power outage, they were not happy with me but they too could get a backup generator.

This is something I really want, but it usually crashes and can’t be fixed until I hire someone to do my annual generator maintenance… so useless about half a year every year. Am very frustrated!

Loses connection repeatedly. Currently has not connected in the last month.

The system provides peace of mind when you don’t need it and assurance when you do.

Connection was setup and worked well for a few months. Then dropped and will not reconnect.

Stopped working a year after i got it. No one knows how to service it or resolve the communication issue. God help you if you get a new server/router Victor 314-452-6045 cell

Goes offline very often for no reason, and then is offline for extended periods. Ugh.
