The app’s “Treat Me Now” feature is extremely convenient and helpful. I have been getting help with medical issues that I have been putting off for years because I never considered them important enough to go to a doctor. With the One Medical app, I can get help immediately at any time. I just got help with a skin issue at 11pm. Fantastic, speedy service from professionals.

Try to reach their billing department if you don't believe me. My story: went to a primary care provider doc, and got charged almost $500 by these idiots! Apparently they submitted the incorrect code to my insurance. Ok that happens i thought. Then they did it again after i told them (they didn't even know it). So finally a third time I called my insurance and did a three way call to them, just for them to promise they lie that they will do it correctly, and not do anything. Now i am past due, about to go to collections, and I can't even reach their completely incompetent billing department!

So when my 21 month old got pink eye 1st of all we had Insurance paperwork issues. So my wife found this amazing site that also got us an appointment today. We have 8 children currently enrolled in 8 different schools daycare-graduate school. So our daily schedule is a little hectic, well this service saved the day. No children late for school and no activities missed owe did I mention medicine is also sent through service. So no extra trips added to my day just relief for my child and no stress for us!

Charged $700 for a 15 minute telehealth visit. Insurance only covers some of it. Zero warnings ahead of time. Insane.

As another reviewer said, this app now requires iOS 16. My iPhone cannot install iOS 16, so now I can’t use the app. I might need to cancel my OneMedical membership now that I can’t message my providers!

I have a cough and yet no one can see me on a Sat morning. When I got hold of a remote provider she was condescending and talked at me more than listened. She was useless. My only option is to go to Allcare’s urgent care even though I’m supposedly a member of a “high quality provider” like OneMedical. They’re useless — big talk but not there when you need them.

I may have misspelled my providers name (ahh sorry) but she was very helpful!!

First time user today and I am so impressed with how easy this was, how thorough Marsha was and how secure and relaxed I felt afterward. I just moved to a new state, of course got sick and of course don’t have a primary care yet, so this was AMAZING.
