Works way to slow, sometimes doesnt register set input.

After an update to the last version, temp on app is not displayed correctly. After change of heat demand directly on device, temp is not refreshed on app. Or it refreshes with high delay (minutes). Same, when changing temp on app, it won't appear on device, appears with delay. When app and device data syncs correctly and any corrections are not made but app is closed and reopened, the temp data appear missmatched again.

Problem occure to log in with facebook after newest update, I still cant log in, also small amount of information about house heating especially missing info about COP and SCOP. Outside temperature dont match shown on app and indoor unit. Need to improve app.

App is not working after update

this app doesn't work, it crashes on startup! this application is not working more than two months…

Wifi constantly disconnects and units go into offline mode. Re-connecting after reset inst always successful, and it helps for few days only. Very sad for such serious company. Is the software development moved to India??

Simple fails to launch the app. Every time I try just stuck on the splash screen and not moving.

Tiesiog neveikia ONECTA atsidaro pagrindinis langas t y programos viršelis ir viskas. Prieš kokia savaite viskas buvo ok. Esu l nusivyles, nors ir esat l gerų produktų gamintoja bet programėlė pasirodė nevykusi. Ankstesne Controler versija buvo visai nieko nors veikė keleta metų be sutrikimu. Tikiuosi kad greitu laiku programėlė vėl veiks

Notifications are needed badly! I didn’t check the app for ~24 hours and a minor temp detection error caused my heatpump to swallow up over 90kWh per night… if I got a notification, I would have reset it. Now that’s both reduction in device life due to functioning at extreme modes and extra money out of my pocket.
