App doesn’t work

Transport claims “Favourite” function serves little to no purpose as it’s so difficult to amend it for claims. Extremely slow and buggy. By the time you’re done clicking for 1 claim, you’ve wasted 15minutes. Medical claim is another problem. So many restrictions (most effective drugs prescribed by the Doctor but unfortunately termed as “branded” so unable to claim) to claim for your self/dependant if you’ve gone to see a GP for a common flu/cough. No point implementing a claim system where you’re unable to claim for the simplest of illnesses. Policy needs to revamp, so does the app.

App keeps loading loading loading that i gave up wairing

This app is a complete disaster. It’s painfully slow, constantly freezing, and riddled with bugs. Navigating through it feels like wading through quicksand—frustrating and infuriating. The user experience is an absolute nightmare, as if no thought was put into it at all. Buttons don’t respond, pages take forever to load, and features barely work. I truly hope the developers address these issues soon and improve the app, as it has potential but desperately needs fixing. Looking forward to seeing some changes!

takes very long to load and keeps crashing

Love how they made NSmen download this app when they go back for reservist for inpro. I guess the number of downloads have become the KPI for some government scholar.

I had been using this for a few months. Reported a few times but things are just not going right. Transport claim, applying leaves and submitting medical claims always face issue whereby I can’t continue to next page after filling up all the details. What kind of standard is this?

Cannot add start and end locations ……

The app is buggy. Keyed in all the details and can’t move on to the next page. With apps like this, users will be deterred from using it to make claims. Not worth the time and frustrations. The team really needs to use the app themselves. It doesn’t take feedback from users to even realise this app is not ready to serve anyone.
