This app is so terrible that it is nearly impossible to book my annual leave. IT WAS TILL THE POINT I SAID FORGET IT AND WENT TO CAMP

The app is super useful in helping my needs, would recommend others to use this app!

Just give up lah.

My first ever review on the AppStore due to how poorly developed this app is. In comparison to the previous ESS app, the entire interface is so incredibly laggy. If I could rate it 0 stars I would rate it lower than that. Submission of claims are either slow, or don’t go through at all due to bugs. No better way for MINDEF to thank you for your service by making your experience more painful outside of camps with the OneNS app.

Cannot even submit leave….

Sms says got manning. OneNS whole day say nothing. Lol why is it always so fail. Can we just stop wasting taxpayers money with all these pretense. If cannot execute with tech, save money just use sms only

Med Claim keep showing error504 and duplicate receipt no. Then realise i have submitted two identical claim and you cannot delete either one . Leave application to submit OML with MC cannot be submitted again keep showing error504. All this issues take me at least an hours till my medicine drowsiness effect take place. Good try to be tech savvy but you cant.

Still filled with bugs which makes submissions near impossible.

I cant even do anything because the only thing u can successfully do on this app is log in

The interface for claiming is so annoying when you have your keyboard up you can’t bring it down and blocks you from continuing
