When I order something. It showing an error

So many times I’ve tried to use flame rewards on the app to add to my payment. It never works

They charged me for a meal but than it took me back to the check out screen! Lucky the oporto staff believed me and I was able to show the money been taken out of my account. But it could have gone the other way. Too risky too use and sooooo many bugs!

The current app that they have released is much better than the old one. It is very easy to order in it and shown on time as well as the notification that the deal is going on. I like the new app very much.

App crashes as soon as goes to payment. Worst user experience

If you’re going to encourage me to order in the app, you need a live “is my order ready or not?” status (not just a prediction). I stood around like an idiot for 10 minutes while my food sat there getting cold because nobody announced it was ready. I would have gotten it quicker if I’d just ordered at the counter. A food app NEEDS to be a better experience than ordering in person, or else you’re just wasting everyone’s time.

Every time I try to use the app it fails. Can’t add a promo it just shuts the app every time.

Almost unusable, full of bugs. I just give up and buy food elsewhere now, it works 5% of the time after force closures. Obviously they don’t want our business!

I ordered a meal for pickup. I could not complete the transaction. I went to the store to place the order. There was no issue. I would suggest that PayPal be added to the payment method.

You cant order any member deals in the app then the stores refuse to honour them.
