What a waste of time, I’ve changed my phone number, and don’t remember my password to reset the password you need a 2FA. The code.is sent to a phone number which I don’t use anymore. Seriously?

App becomes sluggish to unresponsive whenever placing an order. Force quitting the app is necessary in order for the phone itself to regain its functionality.

Anytime I want to order , it’s either needing an update or logs me out and does t recognise my password It also keeps needing updates all the time doesn’t allow you To use one gen before

When ordering through a table QR code or the app, after selecting everything you want - it then requires a restaurant and table number, but after selecting these things - your order has been wiped.

Once you order there’s zero tracking.. all orders go strait to “past orders’ disappointing. You are provided with a timeframe however it’s generally 45-60mins (we live 10 minutes from the restaurant) so excessive for food we’re paying ridiculous amounts for … ONE wrap and fries $45 delivered !

Now that you can’t delete apps from your library this fault will make the app unusable. This is due to when you press complete on the black button after an order it won’t move to the next position and won’t allow you to make another order. This problem has been on this app for about 2 years now and I was able to delete the app and reinstall it log back on and make more orders until you accidently press the “black bottom “ again too soon. So now that apple have made it that you can’t delete the app the “ Your order is being processed “ box will continue to be waiting and not complete. Which make using the app again impossible.

Dear Nando’s "I recently dined at your restaurant and was quite disappointed with the cleanliness standards. The table we were seated at had not been properly cleaned, and when our plates were served, they had an unpleasant smell. After bringing this to the staff's attention, the replacement plate was also smelly, which I eventually had to wash myself, as can be verified through your security cameras. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope that you take immediate steps to improve hygiene and ensure such issues do not occur again. Thank you."

Can’t order deals that they tempt you with. App is so buggy. I left the store

I was at the store at Nandos Rouse Hill and placed an order using the Nandos app and selected PayPal as the payment method. PayPal confirmed payment but the nandos app did not recognise it. I spoke to the store manager and she advised their system did not receive the order and asked me to try again. I tried again in front of her and PayPal charged my account a second time but again the app and the store system did not receive the order. The store manager then advised me that as the store did not receive the order and will not pick up the payment from PayPal, I’ll get my money back from PayPal. I then placed the order without the app using my bank card. However two days later both unsuccessful purchases was charged to my bank account by PayPal. I tried calling Nandos customer service many times which I don’t think actually exists. Every time I was told there’s a 3 minutes wait by an automated voice and after 7 minutes of waiting the call gets disconnected saying no agents are available.

I can place my order but when it comes time to check out and pay, an error always comes up. Has been doing this for well over a year - since we were unable to call the stores directly. Very frustrating.
