I have been reading Optimize emails daily for a while until I found their audio version/app. It became an important part of my life listening to Brian’s wisdom one episode a day. It’s a great way to start my day with the inspiration from great philosophers all over the world and all times. Can’t say thank you enough to Optimize team! You are absolutely wonderful!!

It would be amazing if when we hit our targets that apart of celebrating to have our phone vibrate.

After my family of course! But this app and the lessons and philosopher notes are a gift and I look forward to tapping in every day! 😍

I am loathe to use phone apps but Optimize is one I’m glad I made an exception for. My husband and I listen AMS learn together as we decompress before bed then discuss what we hear or learned in the morning. Thank you Team for such a valuable app.

This app is a must have and absolutely life changing. Brian and his team are doing an amazing job!

After using the app for a few days, I must say, a truly 5 star first impression. The UI is easy to understand and navigate, and the 1k second timer is genius for braking bad habits and starting work. Content such as book and idea summaries (PhilosophersNotes and +1s, respectively) are engaging and informative, yet concise. The daily suggested content is a fantastic feature to kickstart your day with new, constructive ideas. I would like to suggest two things: I would love for the 1k timer to have a feature to give a notification when it is done, to let me not have to pick up my phone to see the timer’s progress. Also, while Bryan’s voice is enjoyable to listen to, sometimes s sounds and other sibilants cut the thought the vocal processing, and it can sometimes be very jarring to hear. A de-esser would work wonders for the audio experience. Overall fantastic app, content, and ideas, and I can wait to continue optimizing my life. 😉 -S

I can't afford to subscribe to every app from which I think I'll benefit. So discovering last week that Optimize is now free was exciting - I dived in and deeply. One book/day at lunch or breakfast will change how you live, think and act. Combined with a couple of other go-to apps, I sincerely believe Optimize s going to improve my life. Thank you to the people who acquired and changed the business model - I'm grateful.
