Awaiting payment for a week and no agents attend
I had ask commonwealth bank officer, she said 3 working days the transfer amount will be credited to third party, but I don’t understand why OrbitRemit take so long to process my overseas transfer to Malaysia, I transfer to OrbitRemit on 16/11/18 and an email sent to me to prove I have make the transfer to them, till today is 23/11/18 no action and further email sending to me for any updates. I am so angry and up sad with this service. If any officer or agent see this review pls call me or email to me and let me know what had happened. My friend and family is waiting for the money overseas there. I’m going to get mad now!! If you want me to keep trusting your apps and service pls do something by today!
