OrbitRemit Money Transfer

In all the years I have sent money thru Orbit remit it’s been a joy to deal with Never let me down once Ok it takes a couple of days never instant Just wish they had menu for direct transfer by debit card like others Money would be there in minutes Well ok we get few Pesos extra with slower process via online banking But still hands down still the best n oh so reliable & dependable

The last time I sent money it says under rewards ‘ I just need 2 more transfers to get free transfer., when I checked my account today it still showing 2 more transfers to get free transfer , therefore my last transfer was not been counted. This reward thing is a con. Better to find other company to spend my/your money with.

The layout is terrible uninformed when there is a problem leaving payment a full 20 hours to correct there problem. Address information not of user friendly in the least and very misleading will be doing business elsewhere.

App fails to update latest updates or just fails Human support lacklustre at best or just fails at worst But good rates

Rubbish service, avoid if possible. Bad customer care if any and you can never get a agent for a chat.

Myself & my referral tried n number of times but app is not able to scan passport or BRP. Wosrt part is that no upload option & customer care don’t accept any document over email.
