Arnaque !!!
Je souscris à un abonnement d’un mois, et voilà qu’il m’est impossible de me connecter. Pire encore, on me demande de payer un autre abonnement ! Comme si ça ne suffisait pas, l’abonnement d’un mois se transforme sournoisement en abonnement récurrent, sans avertissement clair. C’est inacceptable : on se sent floué, pris au piège d’un système qui joue sur l’ambiguïté pour extorquer davantage. Une pratique purement scandaleuse.
Escroquerie
Inscription faite pour programme de perte de poids, payement prélevé et l’application ne s’ouvre pas. Impossible de se désabonner.
Arnaque
Après l’achat d’un abonnement impossible d’utiliser l’application. On me demande de racheter un forfait !!!

Attention arnaque pour les Français
J avais testé le 13 octobre 2023 cette application avec un abonnement de 3 mois, que je n ai pas souhaité renouveler. Le 13 octobre 2024 j ai été à nouveau prélevé et a aucun moment j ai été prévenue au préalable. J ai été obligée de retelecharger l application pour essayer d accéder aux paramètres sauf qu’en la lançant je n ai pas accès à mon compte, il faut que je repaye un abonnement. Fuyez !
On a continué de me prélever mais avec l avis…
Malgré le fait que je me sois désabonnée quelques jours après l avoir téléchargé il y a plus d un an : impossible de faire arrêter le prélèvement bancaire pris sur ma carte bleu. Quand je réinstalle l application pour faire la manipulation on me demande de me réabonner !!!!pour me désabonner…alors j ai deposé cet avis et la miracle : on me désabonne, bien sûr on ne me parle pas de me rembourser quoique ce soit et toute la communication mail est en anglais.
Arnaque à fuir !!
Quelle était ma surprise quand j’ai vu que j’ai été prélevé hier soir sans avoir donné mon accord. De plus, impossible d'accéder à son compte ou pouvoir profiter de son plan car en ouvrant l’application on reste bloqué sur un écran de paiement impossible à quitter. J’ai fais des mails au support en exigeant un remboursement, pas de réponse. Je vous demande de me rembourser au plus vite ou je me charge de vous faire une mauvaise pub sur tous mes réseaux sociaux et auprès de toute ma communauté et auprès de toutes les communautés de followers de mes amis (qui sera relayé en masse). Plus de monde aura connaissance de votre arnaque moins vous vous sentirez intouchables en continuant à arnaquer vos clients. Quand un procès vous collera au dos faudra pas se plaindre donc merci de vite me répondre et me rembourser et surtout ne plus me prélever. Je ne lâcherais pas l’affaire dsl
Une prise de tête
Abonnement de 6 mois souscrit hier, impossible d’accéder à l’application, support contacté plusieurs fois, toujours les mêmes réponses automatiques en anglais, je n’avance pas !!!!

Trop cher pour ce que c’est! Toujours les même 5 exercises.. J’ai acheté un mois et j’ai été débité pour 6 mois!
