App not working but they charge for the service
I couldn’t use the app and the doesn’t show the subscription cancellation button either. When I tried to log in it said that they cannot find an account matching with my email but they charged me. Sent several email asking for help and finally to cancel my subscription but no response. I am going to report the app.
Is charging my card even I Stoped the subscription
I stoped the subscription as said before but the app continue to charge me without even using it.
I couldn’t use the app!!!!
I want my money back! I don’t know German and I can’t use it!
Charged illegally
I couldn't use the app and couldn't find how to delete the subscription. As a result I was charged this month and still the app is hidden in Apple subscription manager

Someone used my credit card for this app. I do not have this app on my phone and I cannot reach anyone to get them to stop charging my card

I was charged for a 30$ for a renewal and it won’t let me in the app. So I’ve been charged for something I cannot use.

I’ve been using the workouts section of OrganicFit for the last four months, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The flexibility of the app is a game-changer for my busy professional schedule, which involves a lot of travel. I love how I can customize my workouts based on the level of challenge, target area, and available time. This has been instrumental in helping me stay consistent without sacrificing precious time. Instead of wasting time commuting to and from a gym, I can work out wherever I am, and the results have been just as effective—with far less time and cost invested. Whether I have 10 minutes between meetings or want a full-body session at the end of the day, the app makes it easy to stay on track. OrganicFit has truly been a lifesaver, and I’m so grateful for the convenience and impact it’s had on my fitness journey!
