Whenever I try to connect my bank account to pay off my loan, the app or desktop website never remembers the credentials. This wouldn’t be a problem if it was easy to enter in the details, but it’s a pain to have to go back and forth between multiple apps to get my credentials every time. Whenever it says that I can close the window (which is impossible to do without pressing the back arrow because it didn’t open a browser window or separate tab), it never actually saved my bank account, making the entire thing pointless. If there’s a way to add funds to the member account to avoid using my outside bank account, there isn’t a clear enough way to do it, and that means I have to attempt to connect my outside bank AGAIN.

when i open app to see my balance i get this pop up wanting me to do home loan/learn more about home loans. but cause i wont click on "NO NOT NOW" i cant use the app. it keeps popping back up.

Most unstable app on my phone.

Ornl is the best credit union available!! They actually care and have great customer service too!! Thanks ORNL!!!

Of all my apps, this is the only one I struggle with monthly trying to figure out how to pay my bill. Just different and difficult to navigate.

I will never understand why this app continues to log me out of my account over and over. Every week I have to log back into this account having to call and bother my wife at work for the text verification, despite the fact that I choose “remember me” every single time. Would be great, otherwise.

Pretty much I like the app except couple of things that it’s become annoying which I not gonna take much longer to seek another bank. Every time when log in, a code is sent to you, that step delays when I want to check the balance quick or for something else to me it is a hassle, I get it, once or twice a week to check that but every single time NO. Bill pay option put it back when it was in the beginning, now I have to navigate to navigate to find it.

I love this app, but recently I’ve had to sign in each time and type out the password, my phone does not remember my log in. I’ve asked it to “remember me” and use my phone number and device name, but it doesn’t work. Not a huge deal, just a small annoyance.
