Useful app, trashb system
Everytime I pause the video, which Is a lot since I take notes while watching, the video restarts and I have to find where I left off, and when I do that it still sometimes restarts the video. This used to be an app that I found very useful but now, around exam periods, it drives me insane. Please fix this mistake ASAP!!!
Paid but can’t use prime
In February you took money from my credit card but I cannot use prime membership. It says “Sorry, your Osmosis Prime has expired.” Please fix this problem.
Subtitles don’t match…..
Extremely useful application and amazing content! But there is a problem… In some videos subtitles belong to the older versions of the video, so they don’t match. I’ll give you an example: In a video they are telling side effects of a medication but some information in the subtitle doesn’t actually appear on the video. I guess that subtitle belongs to the older version of that video. Because of that, when the next medication shows up on the screen, I don’t see the subtitle of the current medication they are talking about but I actually see the subtitles giving information about the former medication (which doesn’t even appear on the screen).
Images
When the questions with images, I can,’t answer. Because images doesn’t seem. Otherwise, this app really stand out. Keep it up.
Ipad issue
Videos are great. I can watch with my phone, but i can’t watch with my ipad. Support service couldn’t solve the problem since last year. I lost my hope.
Unreachable
Great content, truly amazing but its unreachable with this price. Please consider the exchange rate here, it upsets me. It used to be 33₺ and most people could afford

How is the monthly membership fee of 33 TL in July now quadrupled? You should arrange the price urgently
