Frustrating app updates .. app updates till md point and stops .. nothing helps post that .. this has happened 3/4 times in a row .. I wonder what qc you’ll have .. not expected from Oura

Think that the oura company is not doing enough. paid so much for the ring, I expect to see more features. Oura app should give us a feature where we could measure our basal body temperature during the day and track it.

Oura app repeatedly hangs/ icon circle stuck halfway when applying App Store update and fails to resume. Tried to force quit the app, terminate the update, did a phone restart and even tried toggling the Bluetooth on-off. Everything failed to fix the stuck update. The only way is to manually cancel the download by long-pressing the grayed out app icon then reinitiate the app update in App Store. What a poor customer experience that started over the past 1 month of app updates.

Initially i was happy with the ring. Only 3 month the battery started depleting very fast - too fast i stopped using it. Contacting customer service but there is no reply for 2 weeks meanwhile membership fee continues (can’t cancel). Scam!

I am finding the Oura ring extremely beneficial in managing my overall health. The activity sensor is very accurate and so is the sleep sensor.

Love my oura. The app is functional, but not a delight. Data viz takes some getting used to and now I’m 6months in, it would be good to have for some more variety or more personalised direction.

Overall very good tracking, love the app and the clear way the information/data collected is presented. I think it would be wonderful if you could add your own tags rather than just adding it in the notes because you miss out on some functionality. Another improvement would be making the meditation audios downloadable so that they can be available offline. And increase the variety of voices, meditation types and see stories! (I feel like it’s always Oren…) It would also be great if there was a way that the app could estimate the time needed to fully charge the ring. Thanks!

The product works pretty well and information is interesting - however 1 month membership after a U.S. $300 purchase is poor. As for membership - always concerning when it’s really difficult to find the monthly fee - the transparency is bad! I should have bought an iwatch

I used the ring in conjunction with the Apple Watch. I wake up, put on my Apple Watch, get on with my day. I don’t want to touch my phone in the mornings. However, given that there is no Apple Watch widget for the ring, I am forced to look at my phone to review my sleep. Second concern is that sleep stages are not captured in the Apple health app. I want apple health to be my one-stop-shop. There is certainly an inconvenience associated with having to use two apps to review my data. Total sleep is captured in the Apple health app but sleep stages are not. Feels like a missed opportunity given that Apple is now able to capture sleep stages using their own hardware (Apple Watch) in the health app

The ring is decent to record sleep however the app constantly crashes requiring me to delete it and reinstall. This is very frustrating. I’m having to reinstall at least once a week as I cannot open the app.
