This app used to be mainly about plants now it has commercially boom to sell live animals , this is sickening to see live animals put up for sale as if they were used toys to pass around. What’s next snakes? birds??

All of my favorite sellers, collected and crammed into one app. Watching live sales here is addictive. I have a few sellers that I hate to miss their lives and purges, which is why 3 stars. I get so many unsolicited push notifications that they drown out the ones I actually request. I am getting multiple notifications for every purge sale, for every seller I follow. I have turned all notifications off in the app, but they will not stop. The only way I can stop the unwanted pop ups is to turn of notifications in my phone settings, or to unfollow everyone. I have reached out to Palmstreet multiple times and they have responded but provided no help.

I got a 7 day suspension from my account for literally nothing This is completely ridiculous i just tonight i have spent well over 200$ on plants Im outraged they definitely just lost me and i have told my friends and family about this and they are also having the same problem and are deleting and leaving horrible reviews im completely UNSATISFIED with my experience on this app and do not recommend this to anyone.

It told me if I signed up I would get “up to $50 in coupon/credit to use on the app”. So I signed up, once I submitted it gave me the option to pick between 2 different options: either $30 in shipping costs or something else. Within 5 seconds, Before I even had a chance to read it, another one of their ads popped up and I lost both options; never to return. It only left a bad taste in my mouth since this has happened with other apps that promise credits with sign up but then those credits never come. Maybe this hasn't happened to everyone, but it’s my first impression which is already not off to a good start.

My biggest reason for loving this app is the community and forever friendships I’ve occurred in the last year and also the beautiful plants I’ve gotten in the last year I’m just obsessed. If I could give 100 stars I would.

PREPARE TO BE SCAMMED!! I downloaded the app and bought a plant right away, but the plant never came and the seller refused to refund me. When I contacted the app they pretty much told me there’s nothing I can do!
