I used Faire for over 3 years now, normally I would say it’s alright but I had an issue with a brand on there. Multiple times I didn’t receive the proper items in my orders. Then my last straw was a customs invoice I received for almost $300 on a $600 order!🤯 The brand (Sweet P Baby Co.) forgot to put the country of origin. This is something Faire requires the wholesale brands to fill out so the retailer brands don’t get charged a crazy amount. Regardless, Faire did nothing for me and the wholesale brand once again ignored all of my messages. Crazy way to run a business. There is so much more I could write about Faire and about Sweet P Baby Co and they way they conduct their business but I will leave it at that. Just a WARNING for any small shop who is considering using Faire, YOU will be the one paying the price and going in the hole for someone else’s mistake. It is not like PayPal there is no guarantee or safety net when using this app.

No real complaints, I would like more options for Canadian indigenous products as import fees can get expensive, and different term options would be nice.

I used Faire to purchase from 4 stores. Two of the transactions went well but the other two had money taken out of my account for a higher amount and it was not refunded. This happened two times with a total over $500.00. They responded but they would not return my money. I have heard this has happened to other people purchasing from Faire.

I had retail stores for years and had to go to buying shows all over Canada. Having this online marketplace is money saver and I have had very few problems with products or delivery times. I always read the reviews before ordering and try to write reviews for the companies that I order from!

As much as we love having multiple vendors under one platform. Faire needs to work on the unpredictable shipping rates and communication is also a frustrating part for us
