Good app and helps you sort your mind out well done....
I downloaded this app and read his book while struggling with post partum anxiety and panic attacks. It was a very calming yet practical tool to work through things, having you journal and practice different techniques. Would definitely recommend to someone suffering with anxiety and panic, as we all know anything is worth a try!

This app was suggested to me after suffering from my first ever anxiety attack brought on by stress about the pandemic. I listened to the guided relaxation audio and it helped me immediately!!
This app helped me through an incredibly hard period in my life. When I first started having panic attacks as a young adult, I had no control and no idea how to cope. I am very thankful that he put this out there for all of us to be able to use. I recommend it to anyone I know that is struggling with anxiety.
Geert V. Is an amazing individual who has helped me more than almost everyone I’ve ask for help. This app is just one of many tools he has available. Amazing to incooperate this technique with the various others.
First of all this is the first review I’ve ever done. I am a stubborn man who thought I could control my anxiety and make it go away. I’ve taken anti-depression medications for a couple years now with my anxiety and panic attacks getting worse by the day to the point where it was hard to leave the house. I finally found Geert’s book on amazon and dedicated myself to his program. By no means am I cured but I can first hand say my work life and home life is getting better and better by using his techniques everyday. Remember it is you who makes the anxiety and you who can stop it!! I am now currently going through his audio program on his website and will hopefully become stronger!
He’s been there, so he understands! He’s come out the other side and is dedicating his life to helped you make it through too! Thank you for the tools and hope!
