Easy pick up and safe! I wish all the delivery people would put my packages in these parcel storage area instead of dropping packages at my door were they can easily be stolen.

It literally will not let you register. The confirm email option is broken. Fix your app.

Every time I go to log in now it tells me that they got rid of user names and are now using email. I mean, that’s fine but I have sent and confirmed my email like 10 times now and it keeps giving me the same message at login.

I don’t understand how in the age of Blockchain and AI we still have poorly developed apps like this one and why would anyone pay them money ? NOBODY should be doing business with this company, absolutely horrible! Feels like the dev agency was hired thru Fiverr at $10/hr. Again I have no idea why real estate companies doing business with y’all you are cheap and quality is zero. Delete this and hire a quality agency to build the app and fix grammar mistakes for God’s sake.

When I’m already gone through the whole process of registration they send an email to confirm email address given but from there I can’t even log in to the account, it’s been awful experience the company should fix this please.!

Paid $20 a year for this service, but the app keeps logging me out and not letting me log back in. This is very frustrating and such a waste of money.

Loading spinner every time I change tabs, it appears the app isn’t maintaining any local state. Push notifications for new packages do not contain the 6-digit locker code, even though SMS messages do.

Signed up with an email, now the email is not found during sign in or when clicking “Forgot username.” Go to make new account with the email, email is already taken. Terrible

I try to sign up, but I’m already registered. I try to reset password, this user is not registered.
