Unable to track Fedex or DHL
Update (11/23): app now seems to be abandonware, as it stopped working months ago without any response from devs (I’m now using an iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 17.1.1). Eg the app now won’t track FedEx packages. 🙄 Old review (01/20): After the last iOS update, the app has been unstable, exhibiting behavior where it’s incredibly easy to unintentionally delete (rather than archive) details of a shipment while vertically scrolling thru the shipment list. And unlike other iOS apps, there is no pop-up confirmation before deleting; so if you swipe too fast, you can accidentally kiss that shipment info. goodbye (and you’ll have to either manually reenter the tracking number, if you actually have a record of what shipment it was that just disappeared)! I’ve contacted devs (heck, I even beta-tested the app a few years ago), but no response in months...
I had a Fedex package I was tracking it was in the list yesterday but today it’s gone. I tried to input the tracking number but got an alert saying, “We’re already tracking this number for you.” but I can’t see it anywhere. This app is also a bit late in reporting tracking statuses. This has now stopped working for FedEx and only partially works with UPS. It WAS able to track a UPS package but it has not been able to get an update for a couple of days now. I know there’s been progress to the tracking as I can see that on UPS’s website. Not so on this app. Good thing I’m not paying for this app!
I have used this software for many years premium. And it used to work great. Was about to dump my paid for version of packages but this app does not work now. I recommend you try packages before buying this app. Software will not track shipments from china and will not track fedex packages either. Does not auto detect carrier. Gives no easy access to tracking number and you cant even track using carrier website through this app with a simple click. Again. Try packages before buying this app. Sent a question to parceltrack and got no response. How do i get a refund for this program? I hate all this and really want to live this app again but whatever happened in this update is unacceptable.
I’ve used this app for 6 years, and have been a paying customer the whole time. I signed up with an email I no longer have access to. It should be simple to change the registered email address but there’s no option to do so. Developers no longer respond to help requests/emails. No way to export old tracking data.
I think they took our money and ran. I no longer get any tracking.
FedEx tracking hasn't worked in two years and website has been missing for months. App hasn't been updated in four years.

Has this app been abandoned by the developers? My app no longer tracks packages. The last package I was able to track was on 5-28-2024. Please update this app.
