When I add a parcel to track nothing happens, totally useless.

Men inte när dom kommer till Sverige/Europa, typ meningslöst.
It works great and so but it doesn’t work with DHL Global Mail packages. Can you fix this?
Fantastic app! Spares me the trouble of tracking deliveries on multiple apps.

I tried this app out quickly a month ago and it worked okay. Good enough that I bought premium to be able to use their web interface. Intermittently it won’t store the packages I add for it to track. On iOS it fails with “Something went wrong”, on web app it goes through but no package is added to the list. Also, any packages already added wont’t show up when this occurs, so you’re left without any package tracking. The mail inbox for auto-registering your packages to track does nothing but list the emails it gets. I do understand it’s hard to parse every kind of shipment mail there is, but mails are just listed as “received”, and no progress is shown where errors or success of parsing the tracking number is reported. I cleared my inbox today with two mails a month old still unprocessed. Since I started, I’ve sent about 5 mails of feedback/bug reports using the in-app function, not a single one has been answered. This app went from useful to a sporadically useless app I the span of a month.
Excelent app, when you send and receive many package.
