This is not a bank. This is a legal scam app. Someone needs to sue this company! They won’t let anyone withdrawal and will come up with a whole bunch of fees for your attempts to use your own money till you run out of it. Support tickets are useless and nobody can help. STAY THE F AWAY!

App won’t let me verify my self so I can use my account on a new phone I have an open account with money and can’t access it and they said there’s nothing they can do.

I’ve been dealing with them back and forth since last week of May. I believe they have stolen my transfer now. They are closing new tickets and not responding to my open ticket and repeating the same copy past message. No response on another site. This is absolutely a scam site now. They get your trust with a couple transfers that work then bam. Lots on Reddit in S/W based forums. Robbers.

The only review here that said same thing was 4 years old. Well imagine in 2024 it’s the same. No matter what you do or how many times you submit your driver’s license and face it always says failed and resubmit. And of course without authentication you can obviously do NOTHING or get paid. Don’t waste your time. I tried for over an hour.

Constantly getting rejected when trying to withdrawal my funds. I spoke with customer support and they told me the only option was to put my funds on a Paxum card and that every other service isn’t available!!! What an absolute joke. Such a scam. Do not use.

They will scam you

Ужасное приложение, верификация долгая и не удобная, так еще и не надежная. Пытались взломать счет, сначала просят отправить все данные, а потом вот это. ПРОСТО УЖАС!!!!!

They charge you for EVERYTHING even a virtual card, $5 to transfer your money to your bank or anywhere!! Customer service is more useless then ANYTHING nothing is made simple for people, if you want to give away your money to a greedy bank and have headaches. This is the “bank” for you! Stay far away from them!

Got rejected with no valid reason. Horrible app would NOT recommend. Use skrill instead!!

Tried submitting different proofs of ID’s all rejected for reasons that don’t make sense (because they don’t apply since there isn’t any issue with what I provided). I sent 3 different docs… Example: I sent a online bank statement and they rejected it because it was blurry… I never screenshotted the doc, I never took a picture (I have no way to since it’s online). Just another stupid reason to reject whatever I give them. Why do they do it? I don’t know… would I recommend them? Definitely not. :(
