Got rejected with no valid reason. Horrible app would NOT recommend. Use skrill instead!!

Tried submitting different proofs of ID’s all rejected for reasons that don’t make sense (because they don’t apply since there isn’t any issue with what I provided). I sent 3 different docs… Example: I sent a online bank statement and they rejected it because it was blurry… I never screenshotted the doc, I never took a picture (I have no way to since it’s online). Just another stupid reason to reject whatever I give them. Why do they do it? I don’t know… would I recommend them? Definitely not. :(

I have been waiting for few days now Added both my government ids but guess what it keeps declining and people on support wants me to use more detail id. Sharing your passport information on a random website wasn’t an option for me . I am so disappointed and so much of my time has been wasted ….. please use another method of payment this app is the worst.

The new update is awful. The previous one before that was 100% better. This one won’t even show your proper balance

I accidentally update the app and found it horrible! And it shows me wrong balance since i withdrawed money day ago!

Keep submitting document with sensitive information just for it to be rejected. The stuff dont actually review the documents properly even the automatic verification with biometrics are not working well( Already show the Legal ID and realtime face). Funds are held. Wont allow you to withdraw because your card is not supported( For me I added TD and CIBC). There are alot of errors withdrawing! Worst when I checked on browser the transfer fee is 25$! Its a personal account with 75$ funds

The app is bugging it keep on closing, everytime I open it ... fix it please I need to do a transfer of my money

Closed my account before I had even used it. Literally in the process of verifying my ID and address and got an error saying “Account Closed”. When I called customer service they said I had breached the terms of service somehow🤷🏽‍♀️ and would neither tell me what the breach was so I could remedy it, nor had ANY steps or protocols on how to move forward and fix the situation. Ultimately I was told that now my private info was theirs, that any future attempts to open an account would be denied cuz of the mystery breach of contract, and basically there was absolutely nothing that could be done😳🤯 Absolutely mind blown! I can’t imagine a legitimate company being able to operate like this😧 Not really sure what to say or do here....

I have been trying to get my money out for 2 months. Customer service is useless. I continually receive emails about my bank failing the transfer, but when I speak to my bank they assure me my account exists and the numbers are correct. Stay far away from these guys.

If you’re thinking of downloading because you need to transfer money, don’t. Sure, the app may be easy to work, but you will never either never get verified or get your money. Unfortunately, customer service is unhelpful and I would advise people to choose another method of transferring money. Seems to be a scam.
