Failed transactions and took two months for refund. Very cold response from customer care and only email communication possible. Not at all recommended.

This app doesn’t work whenever you try to load money in wallet. Takes too much time and gets stuck in card details page. That’s the reason I guess this hasn’t been successful. Unless this issue is solved, don’t see many people using it.

I'm noticed one complaint 9/01/2020 @ 2 pm. That issue ur accepted but not replyed almost that time. Already my bank money was debited another account but that account not credited cash. Those two accounts are my account. My 55 OMR is lost anyone don’t try these app .our money (linked bank a/c balance)was not safe for pay+ application

It says forever Hold tight fetching user details when asked to take the back side of the ID card .. looks like its trying to read the information , however doesnt work at all .. and there is no other option to register ... so adoption and usage of this app whatever promotions that will be done by NBO will be limited ... sorry guys .. do some real testing before promotion and launch
