التطبيق لا يخدم بشي وماعندهم خدمة ولا مساعدة ولا رقم اتصال تطبيق وهمي واذا أصدرت حوالة خاطئة وتريد تعدلها ما حد يساعدك وما في حد تتواصل معهم لا انصح ابدا بهذا التطبيق لان حولت مبلغ من التطبيق والمبلغ لم يصل للمستلم ولم يرجع في حسابي لحد هذا الوقت فلوسي عندهم

Any transfer to my account you are taking my money and now I can’t open my account this is a bad service, you are stolen money from customer

Please I want to unregistered the app why don’t you let me! I’m not happy with the wallet

The worst service ever, I linked it with my Mobil number, it is not possible to withdraw the amount from the app you will be forced to use it only to pay by POS, and it can not be unlinked. Contacted the customer service unhelpful, asked to sent an email now more than 10 days and no reply. It is not recommended.

They said send money to worldwide instant and free thats why i have send money to Bangladesh they cut 1omr for 200 riyal After sending money it not debited till now I tried to call call center but number is not valid. I’m not sure how to contact then or i got scammed

These are bunch of thieves, I made transaction 3 weeks ago, money did not deposited to my account, I called their hot online, they do not take any complaints, as per them only way they respond is through emails I sent several emails, they are not replying to emails. Ooreedo and NBO both do not take the responsibility *** NEVER USE THIS ****

Hii This app is useless dont like the customer services my account is automatically unactivated I mailed 10 times to Customer care but from there end there is no solution I tried to contact them but they didn't help me .

The app is not consistent sum times you’ll transfer money and it doesn’t arrive in the account and gets detected form you. And when you contact customer service they will not provide you with the help needed and your money will be gone for ever.

When I ask them to change my number. They are replying this to me. Now I can’t change my number ownership because of this stupid wallet apps. Please don’t register with this app
