Payment system not working. App does not seem well updated

AARTO tickets don’t show pictures. Cloning of number plates is real thing. How does one know if it’s their car or it’s the cloned number plate. But the convenience is really the best feature of the app.

Your app says payment failed but the money went off my credit card.

This wonderful and easy to use app helps me to stay on the right side of the law in the rare event that I receive a speeding fine. My friends use the payments section and swear by it.

The help desk or people who are supposed to help me to load a second name to my account could not answer easy questions. I paid R130 and did not manage to load the second account since the help I got was not usable. I recommend the online pay options through a browser. Not this app. They also do not have all your fines here.
