I’m not sure the exact answer on security question, it may be written in many ways in Enflish. after 3 attempts account blocks, requires to reset password. After resetting password again THE SAME stupid security question, again and again - Dead End!
Up until about two months ago, the app was fine, i don’t know what happened, but every time it gets stuck and switches to the browser, not letting me fill in a name and password.
I dont know if i ever saw such a bad , complicated and not flexible platform, DO NOT RECOMMEND
Trying to login with face recognition but it’s taking too long. Trying with sms text - getting the message but the screen displays a message saying the process took too long… Cant login to the app
I have no idea how anyone could make such an awful app! It must have taken a highly unprofessional team to create such a terrible security barrier between the user and the app. This is an absolute disaster! I only wanted to access my account, but I'm bombarded with tons of poor security options and can't even log in. Shame on you! I'll do my best to leave Payoneer.
This app is just stupid. I can't login since it says password expired, but I can't change the password because it needs to be approved via the app. Whoever did this shouldn't develop any apps and stay out of the computer.
Every 3 or 4 logins there is a security verification which takes to long so I have to ask for a sms code. So ok, but I need to receive at least 3 verification codes before the field to enter it appears.
Very convenient to use, receive payments from eBay, receive and send to other users.
I experienced several issues last month with the app, as I couldn't log in from my phone due to a major bug in the authentication process. Please fix it as soon as possible!
Worst customer support that I ever received, they don’t give a f , not helping at all , just sending generic to do list .
