Payoneer

Since July 7 waiting a withdrawal to my bank account and until today, August 3, and nothing. But the expensive tax they already received.

Please what I didn’t understand is that payoneer works in China only for Chinese people, because I’m trying to create account but they’re asking me about my Chinese name and I’m having ID issues too they’re asking me to introduce 18 digits and my passport don’t have 18 digits... Just wondering if payoneer just works for Chinese people in China? Can you consider that there’s foreigners living here too?

I did not receive a code, then when requesting a call the bot does not give a code but says that validation failed. Trying to contact support. The weirdest thing about the app is that if you have a problem logging in, in order to contact support, you have to log in to the app first. That's it, end of story, no access to funds. 15.07.2024: I'll write here for fun the dates on which nothing with the application problems has changed. Still to apply for solving the problem of not being able to enter the application, you need to enter the application first.

Thank you for leaving me without my money for like 3 weeks now. Absolutely useless bot and technical support. I am using this payment system for the first and last time, I highly do not recommend working with it and I recommend that you run away from customers who offer you payment through it. I cannot receive my money due to “technical problems” that have been going on for the 3rd week and no one can clearly say when I will be able to receive it. I mentally said goodbye to my money here and two weeks of work for a customer who decided to “thank” me by interacting with this terrible payment system.

It can’t even send an email code - they are coming too late with effective time 10 minutes. Very poor technical functioning, it will make your account setting unbearable.

My account was hacked despite I hade 2 verification with my phone number. I don’t recommend to use the platform if you care your money. When I wanted to loggin to my account I found that something wrong, then I tried to reset my password but the account was attached with no knowing phone number. I tried to reset it with mail but zero notification form Payooner. And zero notification when it’s happened. I tried to connect to support many times but all their suggesting didn’t work and didn’t help! Totally poor customer care and zero security! Not trustable!

Worst app ever. Every time you log in, it asks you to enter a secret code. After entering the secret code it shows me that it is not correct, although I know that it is 100% correct. After a few tries my secret code accepts. + very very very very need to wait a long time for a message to my gmail to recover the password. This is the worst and most inconvenient app in the world.

Today, upon signing in, I was prompted to change my password. After successfully changing it on the website, I was asked to approve the action on my phone. However, I am unable to do so as it requires signing in with the new password. Additionally, I cannot sign in with the old password on my phone, as it asks me to change the password on the web. This experience has been quite frustrating, especially since I encounter sign-in issues almost every month. Once I withdraw all the funds I have on this platform, I intend to delete my account. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Payoneer to others based on my experiences.
