PayPal Business

PayPal asking me to go back to country where account created so I can make any transactions! Cannot withdraw my funds just because I am currently logged in from different country other than used while account creation! Already has full access to my email, phone and withdrawal Visa card, but PayPal ignores it all! While my account is a business account with an active license! While already visited this country and logged into my PayPal account before multiple times! Account is active since years! Already removed the account limitation by providing passport copy and reset password. Already has two verified phone numbers. In 2025, Can’t PayPal use any validation or verification method other than restricting access to same account creation country?! Very disappointed!

Although I have enabled Face ID login, the app still requires the 6-digit security code from the authenticator app after verifying the Face ID. This issue has been there for more than a year. I don’t understand why you leave the PayPal business app with bugs like these for months and keep updating the consumer app with features and bug fixes all the time! Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

You take too much time to update the Business app and fix issues to the contrary of the consumer app that you update regularly.

Not safe for merchants , some scammers uses paypal options unauthorized transactions to refund the money back after receiving the goods or the services and paypal just take the merchant’s money and send it back to the customers and they never protect the merchant’s and also paypal charges you more 8$ for each case as a review fees . Totally it’s unsafe for merchants

I had a VERY AWFUL experience with PayPal, living in 2022 and PayPal restricted my newly opened business account just because I live in a different country than the one my company registered in. Their Customer Support is the worst honestly. I called them internationally and sufficed all requirements and they lift the limitations just to impose it again 7 days later without prior notice. Customer support agent hang up the chat on my face “Gwen”. They will restrict your account without prior notice and you will not be able to access your funds! I don’t feel safe. I feel like a criminal. Horrible real-time customer support in 2022!! I will never think of using them. I don’t even want to solve the issue.

The app is good but high transaction fees & Worst call center from support team, they don’t help you, don’t understand where is your problem even !!!

No one to reach when there is a problem...even when i emailed they didn’t reply
