PaysafeCard - prepaid payments

HFR-Hi there It’s been hours of nothing but hoop jumping after I purchased 100 dollar n change for a paysafe card. There customer service bot is about as smart as a rock. I shouldn’t say that that’s rude rocks are vital to the planet. Do not go through paysafe !!!!!!!!!! Change the name to Piece of s—tcard.

Don't get this they lock your money put it under investigation it won’t release it There’s no way to contact them They don’t have a phone number. They have an email which they did not respond to after they locked your money the process to get it back is so hard there’s no point I logged into my account after this happened to me and to my surprise everything was gone not worth it is better alternatives

fantastic service , quick fast efficient easy to use never had any problems other than they need more companies to offer their services to be used as a payment option that is quick and convient and very reliable service

No login button. I downloaded the app several times, but it still doesn't work. I can't use my card on the internet, the sites say that the 3d secure check is not passed. Hopefully I can withdraw my money from an ATM. I'm frustrated, I spent two days and still can't use my card to pay online.

It is extremely irritating that my money gets locked into this two factor authentication crap. I’m using the same phone but need to update my account information on the app so that I receive the annoyingly unnecessary code so I can actually complete a payment I want to make today and not in several days from now (as the app is telling me I’ll now have to wait). Why do I NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO EDIT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WHY IS IT NECESSARY FOR ME TO DO THE TWO FACTOR IDENTIFICATION ANYWAYS AND MORE IMPORTANTLY- WHY CANT I DECIDE TO HAVE THE CODE SENT TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS RATHER THAN MY CELL NUMBER???? My email hasn’t changed in decades but my phone number changes whenever I need it to. Now since I’ve changed my number and CANT update the stupid app with my new information nor can I choose to do two factor authentication through email rather than an old phone number I’m basically beat…. Guess I can’t do what i wanted to do with my money / I have to wait until paysafecard card can allow me to change my number or whatever - like this is pissing me off and it’s beyond annoying- I actually HATE this app and paysafecard now because of this - thanks for making my life miserable tonight and for the next few days until I’m allowed to use my funds again. What a joke.

I’ve had this card for over a month now and have spent pretty much the entire time either emailing or on the phone with their “customer support” trying to get my card to actually work. I’ve called 5 times and emailed 3 times at this point and have been told everything from there is no issue to it’s fixed. Meanwhile I haven’t been able to use the card the entire time. I only have $20 on it, but still. I’m a paying customer and have never had such slow and poor customer service for a service I am paying to use. Get this app with caution people.

I don’t know where you get your data about where we can buy the cards. No one listed in my area had it or had even heard of it!! Yet there your site provides a map of who in my ‘hood sells them supposedly. Also, when I got to the “contact us” section of your website , it switches to Arabic. Soooo… not much you guys can do for me except waste my time.
