PaysafeCard - prepaid payments

Got my account temporarily locked for no reason. Try to write to technical support got ignored. Got a technical support phone number. I called waited in my turn for a good 30 minutes the operator was rude, didn’t help much and said that my problem will be resolved in more than in few days in best case scenario, now I have a a temporary locked account with 30€, cause as I get operator right it was an AI fault. Not recommended

First of all i bought paysafecard €36 just have small concern about fees i just bought a 300 euro from kiosk and ask for 3 euros for service fee then i transfer the money to mastercard and paysafe needed to charge 3.5% €9.50 i mean i understand that it has fees but this should be lessen more so i just feel like this is too much just to check in some money

I spend €10 on it and I didn’t get anything

I live in cyprus and luckily i got a lot of patience when getting the physical card 😂 this could be your ‘alternative MasterCard’ for now i have used it for online shopping like shein, banggood, amazon, joom, AliExpress, I’ve tried paying online for my epic bills and dhl, wolt app, foody app, bolt app, I recently tried sending money to other country using WorldRemit and it amaze me because other remit app they don’t accept paysafecard and i cross my fingers and i was really happy for real 😂 thank you paysafecard but I’m still i still they could have work more with the apps and sites that we can use with this card, and the other downside is that the paysafe card app needs to improve more I’m trying to put my money at MasterCard but it always go to the app and i have to transfer it to MasterCard if i have tried something new I’ll update my review I’ll probably gonna try to use this card at stores 💕 i hope this review helped you guys.

Excellent and quick app

If you leave in Cyprus do not get it. Because when you order the Paysafecard mastercard it never arrives and when you go and send them email the always ask you for your identity when you already sent it like 1000 tines
