Peanut App: Halla amigas mamás

This app has literally been a godsend. I had my baby in August and was struggling with little things here and there and it’s so helpful, you can even post anonymously for advice if you feel weird about asking and all the moms are so nice 10/10 app 🫶

After 2 years, I deleted my profile & app. This is ANYTHING BUT a place for friends & support. It’s a cesspool of hateful, judgmental, dramatic, & catty women. It’s an online high school filled with mean girls. Pass HARD PASS!

Peanut blocked me, gave me a warning. I had no idea why I was getting a warning and next thing I know they ban my account. And then I gave them advice that when they give a warning they should say what it’s for so the individual can correct it, and they had the audacity to say they sent it over to their team to take my advice. Yet they still won’t reactivate my account. What a joke you guys are

It feels like a dating app when you first join. There shouldn’t be a cost just to connect with someone. Also, I’ve specifically chose not to share my location because I don’t trust anyone. However, the app keeps requesting I share my location.. ironically everyone that pops up is in my area and I’ve even been added to my specific city location in a group. I’ve turned my location off and I’ve asked the app not to track me. I’m not okay with this. Debating on if I want to delete the app.

I’ve just got back on this app after 3 years so I expected some changes, but what I didn’t expect was to have to pay to see who is interested in connecting with me 💁🏾‍♀️ I think that’s messed up. I know the app creators have to make a profit but I have to pay just to talk to other ppl when Facebook is free!?! That is crazy. Don’t download this app if you want to literally “pay for friendships.”

While a few women on the app are nice I found the vast majority of the women on this app are toxic and resentful towards their husbands

Ok app if you wanna watch women get called names and other things because they don't agree with the person posting. Haven't made any friends because you have to pay to see who's waving at you.

I like this app! I’ve met some of my closest friends here after I moved to another state. BUT recently it is showing me only moms that are 2-3 hours away from me even though my setting is set to a much smaller radius. Hope this gets fixed soon or else I’ll be deleting soon.

This app is very boring. the moms here are judgemental and also racist as well they only care about a specific demographic. and most women here only get on here to talk to you for a single day before getting bored after a day of talking. no one here takes it serious and looking for genuine friendship just seeking social media followers and interaction for attention.

I’m very androgynous and carrying a child. The selfie verification looked exactly like my profile picture but kept getting rejected. I can only assume it classified me as a man. Also no effort is made to cater beyond cis women. Would be low effort to say “carrying parent” but everything is “mom” Update- my account was deactivated because “peanut is a community for women and my selfie wasn’t verified”. I’m carrying a child, am I excluded from finding other folks because I don’t look like a woman?
