They charge you without displaying minimum 10€ . Pay attention ! Rip off ! Not fair !

I have used a couple of scooter apps before (Voi, Tier, Lime) but this the worst one, Inhave come across so far. I have tried the service in Playa de las Americas / Tenerife. There a large service area is indicated but you cannot park inside that area!! Parking is only possible in very few spots which’s is not obvious. Also there’s no way to search for the nearest parking spot. In my case, for my total ride of 2 km from the beach to my hotel, I had to ride 1.3 km back to a parking spot and has to walk uphill the rest to my hotel (which was the reason why I have rent the scooter in the first place). This way, the service is completely irrelevant and a nuisance, if you find out along the way. Having a large operating area where you are not allowed to park may be ok for pizza delivery but not for a scooter service. Also the app is not at all intuitive. Having experience with 3 other scooter apps it still took me 10 min to find out how to finally end the ride (you have to press/ slide on “add another scooter” which I definitely did NOT want to do again; you can rent up to 4 scooters in parallel). And the final nuisance: unlike other apps, the minimum amount you have to add to your wallet is 10 Euros. Thanks a lot for the time consuming and expensive try. Will never use the app again!

I downloaded this app to rent a scooter for a short trip around town, but it ended up being a frustrating experience from start to finish. First of all, the app itself is clunky and difficult to navigate. It took me a while to figure out how to sign up and create an account, and even then, the app kept crashing when I tried to search for available scooters in my area. When I finally managed to reserve a scooter, I went to the location indicated on the map, but there was no scooter to be found. I tried calling customer support, but the line was busy for a long time and then it disconnected. After waiting for a while, I decided to cancel my reservation and try again another day. But when I went to do so in the app, I found out that the cancellation policy is extremely strict and I would still be charged for the rental even though I never got to ride the scooter! Overall, this app was a huge waste of time and money. I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly scooter renting service.

Necesitaba ayuda y después de ignorarme, tardar días en responder y no solucionar nada (quería borrar la información de mi tarjeta antes de desinstalar la app) me cerraron el chat. Vaya tela.

Cogí el patinete en Playa La Arena para hacer un recado rápido, mi sorpresa fue cuando, sin ser avisado en ningún momento, se me cobran 10€ que se incluyen dentro de mi saldo en la aplicación y que NO SERÁN DEVUELTOS. Se pondrá reclamación ante el OMIC ante este abuso.

No funciona en iphone

La app anterior si funcionaba pero la cambiaron este último mes y ahora no se puede usar. Pulso en la app y se abre, aparece el título de la aplicación "Pegaso" durante un segundo y se cierra. Espero puedan solucionarlo porque solía usar los patinetes a menudo. Un saludo

Me encantan los colores, el nombre y el precio es lo mejor de la ciudad. Espectacular!
