Pei Wei Online Ordering

How do they make the food taste THIS GOOD? Wish we had a Pei-Wei near us. It’s fast, fresh, and tastes incredible. My family’s favorite Asian food. Visit the friendly staff in San Antonio on N Loop 1604 location. Yummmmmm.

Just modernize it. Why are you saving payment info on a fast food app that barely works, liability.

You have to as your phone number to order, but you have to agree to marketing calls to add your number. They don’t tell you you have to sign up to order until you’re half way through the order the first time. More like lame wei

There’s definitely something up with the app. I reached out to Customer Service a few times and haven’t received a response yet. I have 1000 reward points and free entrée but I get an error message every time I try to use it when I order online telling me I can’t apply that reward to my order.

Jonathan was fantastic! Welcomed me with a big smile and a “welcome to Pei Wei” just as nice as ever. Service was fantastic! Food is even better! You’ve got to give this location a try! I would definitely recommend!

Tried to place an Feast order by app (iPhone) today. First problem…keeps giving me a repeated error that I “need to choose a side.” Where, exactly? Finally realized sometime later that it is embedded under the arrow next to the entree (realized after I gave up on the app and went to the website). If you’re going to throw an error, make it obvious as to what I need to do to fix it. Second problem - since I gave up and went to the website, the interface there needs to handle time in the local time zone. I’m placing the order for pickup for someone else who can’t use a computer, while I’m traveling. I enter the time…and apparently the site thinks that time is for MY local time zone, not the pickup time zone. Please make it very clear on the site.

I am 82 years old, and is no fare that we the old people of Florida, have to order through this abba etc, to get the all the specials, I being going to Pei Wei for over 15 years, and I think that we can get them when we visit the restaurant, thanks.
