This app needs to be completely reviewed and improved. I am constantly faced with the registering and re-registering a device. While I appreciate the need for two factor authentication, the login and security is convoluted and while I can use Internet banking, this app is just so problematic for me. I am very tech savvy, but with this I get stuck in places as I shouldn’t, and I’ve pretty much given up on it.

This app is okay but it’s behind the market on basic functionality. When my house was broken into this was the only banking app that wouldn’t allow me to put a hold on my card. Very distressing when you have the police there at 3am. Not able to close my account online is also a basic function I should be able to do in app. Also the logout button is hard to find at first, once you know it’s on the dashboard it’s okay but not intuitive for first time users.

Honestly the worst banking app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using, it has essentially zero features and the only thing you can actually use it for is seeing how much money you have. You can’t even report cards missing, you can’t reset passwords, nothing. I get that it’s for “security reasons” but it’s honestly over the top and down right inconvenient. If I could rate 0 I would

Tried to register, prompt said invalid username or password but It was correct!

Every time I try to go in an check my account I put it the app pin but it says error. So no matter how many times I de-register the card and add a new pin it says the same thing.

Face to face service is dreadful and this App is rubbish. Doesn’t allow transfers and then you call customer service who have no idea what they are doing. I would it it a zero.

Couldn’t be more useless if they tried

dear people's choice. we pay your fees annually and can't fix the app properly whenever you check your account history it logs you out. can you get a decent I.T. programmer that can solve the issues its been years that is like this it's 2024 fix it your side as a loyal customer for 15 years!!!

This app is useless. It continually has errors which means the device needs to be forgotten & resetup each log-in. All recommend 'fixes' don't work (or don't work for long)

Recent update has made it so you can only see ‘uncleared transactions’ as a total instead of seperate transactions!! The previous update had ‘uncleared transactions’ as seperate transactions but no name to say where it was from!
