Perplexity - Ask Anything

So much better than anything else, it is simply indispensable. Please bring spaces to the mobile app… pleaseeeee!!

I’m a new user and immediately impressed By how effective and easy to use. Perplexity is. Its now my default app to find everything.

Perplexity AI has been very very useful and advantageous in creating Linux Bash scripts for me Despite the fact that renewed iterations/improvements/modifications of a script sometimes results in the script completely failing or doing something else as well, by providing feedback, e.g. terminal output back to perplexity AI, it’s ability to review and analyse issues is imo, very fast and efficient at seeing multiple issues and/or potential problem scenarios and quickly updates the script to abate or remedy the issues Perplexity Ai is also very adept at describing in point-to-point the changes/modifications it has made to the script in easy Bullet points

Since last update to v2.27.2, it is not connecting to the internet on iOS 17.6.1. I cannot login, nor search

Installed on iPad yesterday. Enjoyed several searches. Partner then also installed on her iPad; she launched the app but searches resulted in error, try again later. Uninstalled app, reinstalled = no change. Today my iPad exhibits exactly the same response: starts endless search then error, try again later. Then installed app on my iPhone. Same unsuccessful response. Launched perplexity via DuckDuckGo, can use without any problem at all. Just installed ChatGPT on iPad. Good. Installed ChatGPT on iPhone. Good. It may just be this version, but I’m done with it. Now I can’t sign in:- Via Apple sign-in, get an error occurred. Via email sign-in, get an error occurred. Via manual email sign-in, get invalid code (and no, it hadn’t expired; copy/paste)

So here goes nothing, the interface of the popup for searching information looks cheap. Search results disappear into the third icon in the bottom toolbar immediately after searching rather than encouraging deeper search is annoying. The default should be to facilitate askign a follow up.

Gives concise answers to even the most obscure queries. Works faster and better than anything I have used. Love the fact that answers give you references that link to where the information was from. Cannot rate highly enough. Thank you Perplexity team!
