Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay My wife says the best ever😊 The front desk so nice and accommodating The airlines lost our luggage so we asked if the hotel had a converter we could use to charge our phones and computers They didn’t but he had his personal one we could use Also he personally called airlines to see how he could help Way beyond and above service Food was marvelous Wait staff so nice and friendly Told one of them we were going to port Santo in the morning just friendly conversation She comes back a minute later and said she had set us up with sack lunch’s to eat on trip over. So special people Loved it all Can wait to go back toPastania hotels no mater where we travel Happy 50 anniversary to hotel group By the way the book about how pastania started was amazing Let’s do it again

As a huge fan of Pestana hotels, I stay in many, but trying to get to my guest account on the app is almost impossible. It is difficult to get a sign in accepted, which one must attempt multiple times. Getting to one’s account information is even more difficult as if hiding the info is helpful. It is not. Improvement Ideas: Link members Guest Loyalty accounts to the app so they can click on a tab button at the top, or their profile info, or their menu button… Anything really… and see their points and recent stays. Automatic sign in for members using face ID would be at modern thrill. Try using the app to make sure that all pages look correct, like the chart for the points level categories, which is half white and half black with random blocks covering information. There are many other issues that with tweaks should be resolved. For example, if I am staying in a hotel at the time, I cannot see my guest account unless I click on “change hotels” which makes no sense. The app should load quickly and change to indicate when sign in is successful, assuming one can get there, even on the weekends. Getting real time, or close, updates to the guest account, might allow one to use the additional benefits of unearned upgrade while one is still traveling qualifying for the next upgrade. Being able to only communicate with a non-responsive email is insufficient customer service. It is a loyalty account. “Loyalty” is best earned with a good customer, which this app needs a lot of work in order to provide.

I’m writing to express my gratitude for the wonderful 8 days stay at the Pestana vintage porto. It was what I expected, perfection in service and accommodation. This is my second time staying with you, and as always it has been very pleasant. Thank you Oscar Sanchez

Looks great when you open app, but you soon realize they haven’t done any testing. Firstly, if you’re a loyalty club member the login path is clumsy and takes at least two login attempts before if recognizes you. If you try to book a stay it will frequently just take you to an empty page after you insert hotel and dates. Please get some UA/UX testing done Pestana! Muito fraco

What a delightful surprise in finding Pestana Palms! The hotel is immaculate and staff very friendly. The food was delicious and drinks were quite enjoyable. Since we are from the US the appliances were challenging, but we were able to get things done. The location was perfect. Beaches nearby and Carviero was a charming town. Weather was perfect!

It would be nice to try to plan a trip with a map of the Pestanas. Unfortunately right now it is way better to go on booking. Also on the iPad the view does not pivot. The hotels are excellent and deserve a better app.

Has all hotels, locations, characteristics and prices well identified. Difficult to understand why doesn’t have a Pestana member login option and every time you try to go to previous page takes you to... initial page!! From a such dynamic group, which Pestana is, the lack of these two “little” details in this app are completely unexpected

A App é lenta e quando se tenta fazer o login para usufruir PGC, dá sempre o mesmo erro “esta combinação de email/palavra-passe não é válida”.

Aplicação muito bonito para ver as fotografias. Constantemente pede o password, não era possível fazer uma reserva, por perda dós dados introduzidos.

Pelos comentários que li é consensual que a app necessita de um upgrade urgente. Organização sem lógica e é necessário estar sempre a fazer log in. Não faz sentido.
