Just installed. Working great. Tells me when they had their last appointment, tells me when their vaccines expire and have to be redone. It would be beneficial to add in a lot more information regarding the pets, receipts and everything else would be nice to have available in the app also so everything for your pet is in one spot.

Had no problem logging in using the phone number on file and choosing my vet clinic. The vaccination records show what he received but not what he is due for. I was hoping for a history and upcoming vaccinations and meds like flee and ticks. It is a good start and is useful.

Using my iPhone. Go to register and enter my phone # but then can not move forward as the keypad stays up and doesn’t move so I can click the next button. Great idea but not great experience- yet

I can not give a full review as it does not tell me how to log in when I try it says there is no account with it :( would love to get it sorted and see if is something our clinic should use more frequently with clients.

Good concept but I agree with others’ comments - no way to advice screen from phone number.

Ok, so I can get past the screen where I input my phone number and my vet but the next screen asks me to select a phone number so they can text me a security code. I tap on my phone number and the circle next to it fills in with a blue dot. Then I hit the send button and a pink box pops up telling me to please select a phone number! I did. There’s literally a blue dot next to it. I can’t get past that screen. I was really excited when my vet said they were going to start using this app but it’s garbage. I guess I’ll just keep using email to contact them and request appts on their website.

Downloaded app on request of our vet, but the app freezes and won’t open.

Don’t waste your time trying to use this app. It’s not maintained and zero response from the developer. The UI looks extremely dated and I’m unable to get past the login screen. This app is a big let down compared to other vet clinics.

Unable to download the app to my phone

Vet tried to send me 16 digit code and app failed to send. I tried entering my phone number and Vet and the app won’t accept my phone number. The radio button is highlighted and my phone number appears but when I hit send it says to enter my phone number. I have shared with my Vet.
