This app is just for bus companie, to sell tickets if you as a passenger need help, forget it

Not able to change my password

Please fix the app.

App does not open

App does not function whatsoever. Crashes immediately upon opening. Developers said this has been “resolved” when this is just not true

Unable to reset password

Did not receive an email for password reset instructions. Tried creating an account but would not allow because it is already recognizing my email address.

Doesn’t work on iPhone

I created the account and purchased a ticket on my laptop. But I can’t access the app nor access my account on my iPhone’s Safari, Google, and Chrome. Good thing I printed my ticket from the laptop before shutting down. Horrible.

App crashes upon opening

I need to exchange my ticket but the app keeps crashing and there’s no way to do it online.

Doesn’t work

I cannot complete checkout as guest. No errors, just won’t go to the confirmation page. And the website doesn’t work in iOS/webkit either.

Not able to reset my password

I cant reset the password with my email address, as i never received the reset password email. and whenever i tried to register a new account with that email, the system would simply say that the email already exists and wouldnt let me move further! the app is fundamentally broken.
