App doesn’t work on iPhone running iOS 18. Just hangs with a white screen of death.

Won’t let me open my pass to scan, won’t let me reschedule trips, and non responsive when buying passes so I unknowingly purchase two and once. Ridiculously bad for a company of this size. And the customer service takes days to respond to inquiries.

I got to the bus station about 7 minutes before my bus is to leave and I wait there for about 30 then when someone finally come they said my bus was called and left at 5:30( that the bus I got) I know that was not the case as their were other peoples there that missed the bus as well that said the same thing. Peter Pan need to get there self in order as they are make some stupid mistake case in the end we end up on a bus that was going 30 minutes to a 1 hour away for the original stop and it ended up being somewhere where I didn’t know. Also they canceled my original bus that was for 7 pm and put me on a 10 pm bus and when I tried to call about it nobody answered and I call 3-4 times.

My task was to reschedule a trip, same day different time. That part worked beautifully, for which I was grateful. Payment methods offered Apple Pay. Tap, doubleclick,....nothing. Tried again. Zip. Tried again. Nada. Signed in to website, same story-- choosing a new time very efficient. Apple Pay offered. Zilch. So I resorted to entering my credit card info, which yielded immediate positive results. I wouldn't have minded, if only Apple Pay had not even been offered. Latest phone (for another 4 days) and up-to-date iOS. Sigh.

Updating my review as before the app would crash. Now the app works and it is functional

I've been using this app for a while now, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The interface is clean and simple , making it easy to navigate and use all the features. It runs smoothly without any glitches or crashes, which is rare for an app with so many functionalities. What I love most is how responsive and helpful the customer support is. They promptly addressed my queries and even implemented a feature I suggested in a recent update!

I am a frequent traveler and the new updates to the app make buying a ticket easy. I like being able to purchase tickets and manage my trips right from my app. Makes traveling stress free.
