I bought items pre order & chat seller & seller inform no stock! I do understand but the refund process was terrible! They will automatically goes to ur c wallet eventho u make payment via grabpay! Overall the price is more expensive than other platforms! Pls don’t buy anything from this apps! The seller also slow update & delivery items!

PG Mall need to improve their Procedure for the time response to the customer since the customer has been waiting the delivery status almost 1 week. Bad service!

Mula2 susah nak log in, asyik client authentication failed. Bila dah boleh log in, tak boleh guna c wallet pula sebab phone number kena block sebab unsual activity.. menyusahkan. Baik tak payah bagi incentive kat pg mall kalau susah sangat nak guna!!

I bought an item after chatting with a seller, suddenly the seller said that the product was out of stock. So i cancelled my payment. It has already been weeks but I still didn't receive back my money, even after I contacted the customer service. Worst app and service ever. Not recommended especially if you cancel your purchase.

I am one of the victims, customer service will send you a link let you click in and press purchase, but don’t directly make payment, you need to screen shoot and send to the customer service, they will provide you a bank account number and recipient name, you need to bank in the amount to the details that are provided, after you send them the bank in slip they will check and let you know you received 5% of the amount reward and request your bank account and bank name and your name for verification and bank in right back to you within 10minutes This cases of scamming have already very famous at China that are reported start from April 2022, please guy, please don’t get scam in this apps, please take care of your money by yourself, also for developers, if I am wrong, please contact me, I can prove what is saying in here is true, cause I just get scammed by customer service 1hours before I posting this review.
