Great training app, really good range of spilts and training plans, completely removes any time spent on planning a program and it also give you the option to create you own plan if you want to.
Really easy to track lifts/reps/weight and user Friendly. Previously used the old version which was also pretty good but this is much better in every way.
Good but a few issues
The back button often fails
Crashes too often
Weights only in Lb when everyone else uses kgs
Could be better - suggestions.
Firstly, I'm glad that there's an app for this program so thanks to the developers for making it. I upgraded to get the full app.
However, I would like to see the following before making this a 5-star review:
- Ability to change set and rep range for each exercise.
- Ability to substitute exercises and add in your own.
- Weights in KGs
- Ability to go into previous workouts and change the date/stats.

Really good workout app! They fixed all the bugs so their latest version is great. If you want to follow the PHUL workout plan, this is solid. The free version is enough, but I upgraded and it's even better. Thanks guys
Not a fan of redesign
Not impressed with the redesign. The lower Hypertrophy workout of the same as lower power and you can’t change it. Overall look and feel makes it difficult to navigate.

I payed $2.99 for what can't do anything and it crashes fix it please !!! Could be a good app!
Needs improvement
Can't record how many reps you've done, which is a pretty important aspect of weightlifting. Can't cancel a workout, essentially can't undo anything. Can't edit workouts. Pretty amateur app.
Pretty much unusable. A pen and paper would be more useful.
The free version is unusable for the workout. It doesn't let you choose the number of reps or sets that you did. It asks you to pay $3 for everything you click on but doesn't specifically outline what you get or how it actually works. Don't mind paying $3, but not for a pretty crappy app..
I was super pumped this App was available too. Maybe it will improve with time.
