App keeps showing a $4.95 pick up charge when order is over $40. Called store and they don’t know anything about it?? I was told orders over $35 for pick up are free of charge.

There’s too much going on in the app. Need to just have deals with a tap. Coupons with a tap. Fresh perk card right on front instead of hiding, why is it hiding? Why is the front page have coupons and deals but then there’s already separate tabs for coupons and deals? Too much too much. The main front page needs to be clean and simple and easy to navigate. Then make the weekly ad tab easy to navigate, coupon tab just for coupons. Why’s there so much going on each tab? I don’t know if I’ve already added the item to my list or not. Please simplify the app and put the Fresh perk card in its own tab or right on the main page. I’m always having to go fumbling around in the app looking for it. Thanks!

App too flashy without essential functionality. I resent buying things at a higher price than shown on app, and about half the time can’t get app to load or work so I prefer going elsewhere. Keeps trying to get you to create shopping lists rather than simply loading the stupid coupons. Coupons not in logical order and mostly can’t tell what the item is by picture or scant/nonexistanet description. Even when I get it to work it’s a bad experience.

The digital coupons oftentimes don’t show up when scanned. The features in the app are very slow at loading and this app usually freezes in the loading mode when I’m searching for items, or basically doing anything in the app. I spend so much time standing around in the store trying to get this to work for sale items and coupons, but I usually give up and don’t buy the item. I started going to other grocery stores. Please just give the digital coupon price to your members like a regular sale price and get rid of the digital coupons!

Don’t like that with the new update, when you click “nutrition information” it gives the product a random “food health score” number instead of showing you the actual nutritional label, like it used to? you can no longer see anything like calories, sodium, protein, sugars, fiber, etc . Just some random number rating. Really makes it hard to shop on the app if you have a restricted diet.

The app itself is fine, I suppose. You need it if you want to clip digital coupons, which, whether those should exist or not is a separate matter. Recently however someone at pick n save corporate must have decided it would be a good idea to to have the app send spam notifications every day. You can disable notifications on your phone of course. Still, they deserve the one star review for doing it in the first place. Nobody wanted this.

You add things to your cart and then they automatically get moved to the “list”. You try moving items from the list to the cart and they won’t. This app is hardly user-friendly and this is coming from someone who develops apps for a living. Make this easier!

I ordered a cod dinner at the pick and save in antigo wi. It was almost unedible. The fish was hard and hard to chew. The potato salad had potatoes that were hard in the center. I had to ask for tartar sauce and they were out so the clerk gave me miracle whip packets.And when I asked if it came with a dinner roll, the clerk said they haven’t had any dinner rolls for months. I know there’s a bakery in the store, you would think that they would have some? Anyway I should’ve not ordered a cod dinner because the pasta salads all looked old and dry on the top but I was trying to save some time.
