Pick 'n Save

They keep eliminating the add to cart feature and only have a "list". My wife has an adroid and can never clip coupons. The amount of times this app crashes is maddening. It is not of the most basic apps and they can never keep it running. We hardly ever buy much from anymore because it is almost impossible to do a pick up order because this app is so bad.

Requires 16.0 or later- so can’t update.

You used to be able to view the old paper version of the weekly ad. You also used to be able to view a preview of the upcoming ad on Tuesday’s for the following week. Both options have disappeared, only can see current week new ad view which is not user friendly. You also can’t see any of these versions through a browser. This has been an issue before & I stopped shopping here. This week I have been trying to view the old ad version to do shopping for this week but now will use other competitor stores that allow users to shop in ways that work for them. Don’t say view other ad options when you aren’t providing any others viewable ads!

I’ve had to uninstall and re-install the app twice now because the search bar just locks up the app and makes it unresponsive. Please fix it.

I made an online order and was delivered to wrong address, contacted cuatomer support and verified by the gps that orden in fact was delivered to wrong address. Requested refund and they can't do it. I have to contact my bank and start a refund by myself they said. Hopefully if you order from this place you'll get your stuff or basically you lose your money and time.

There is constantly some kind of issue with this app. Either the coupons won’t clip, or they do and then show nothing for the items. Recently the buy again feature doesn’t work and hasn’t for weeks. I relied on that to jog my memory of things I frequently buy. Search feature works half the time, or shows one relevant item and the rest aren’t. Substitute feature also unreliable as half the time it offers no substitution options and when you try to type in the search it pulls up no results.

The ability to view or use lists was broken for me with a previous update on both my phone and tablet. The latest update (7.5.3) has corrected this.

Always gives me error messages when trying to view the print ad. I hate the new ad view. Please fix this!!

In the latest update the search results for products don’t seem related to what you put in. I search for eggs and it shows me milk. A search for potatoes shows me cucumbers. Otherwise the app has been pretty good in the past. Hopefully they fix it.
