PickMe's Terrible Service Forced Me to Switch to Uber
I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with PickMe Food. I placed an order and selected the card payment option, which was successfully charged to my account. However, when the rider arrived, he claimed he couldn’t see the payment and demanded cash instead. I contacted PickMe's support team immediately, and they admitted there was a system issue on their end and promised to refund my card payment. Despite multiple calls and reminders, they failed to address my concerns or refund the money. After several follow-ups, they claimed the refund was processed and that my bank would update it. But my bank confirmed that no refund was ever issued, and the money was debited to PickMe. Even after providing the RRN (Reference Retrieval Number) multiple times and rechecking with my bank, PickMe kept giving me the runaround, blaming the bank instead of resolving the issue. This is not the first time I’ve faced such issues with PickMe. Their customer support is absolutely unresponsive, and their service is extremely unreliable. To make matters worse, the food I received that day was of poor quality and did not match my order. It means not worth to pay twice for that order. It’s unacceptable that a company like PickMe would treat customers this way—charging for orders, failing to resolve payment issues, and providing subpar service. This experience ruined my day, and I will NEVER use their service again. PickMe, if you claim you’ve refunded the money, then prove it with valid documentation. Without any update from my bank or proof of the refund, your claim is baseless. This is disgusting and unprofessional. Do not trust PickMe Food for card payments or expect proper customer service. They are unreliable and unaccountable.
