The taxi was very punctual and the driver was friendly. Booking via the app was easy.

Es ist mir nicht möglich den Bahnhof Elx AV / Elche AV auszuwählen und ein Taxi dorthin vorzubestellen.

El peor app del mundo. No funciona nada. Siempre con errores. No funciona nada. Si buscas u. Taxi mejor usas bolt o uber.

Erste Buchung war einfach und problemlos. Unsere zweite Taxi-Buchung mitm Taxi Conventional durch die App wurde mit 5 Min Wartezeit bestätigt - es kam aber niemand uns abzuholen. In der Wartezeit ist der Fahrer in der App 2-Mal getauscht worden. Nach insgesamt 30 Minuten hätten wir laut Kundenservice noch warten müssen. Es kam aber nichts. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten haben wir die Buchung storniert und haben uns entschieden zu Fuß unser Ziel zu erreichen und mussten somit in 31 Grad fast eine Stunde laufen. An diesem Tag war leider kein englisches Service erreichbar.

I never used this app before, but I needed a taxi to the train station and ordered it on the app the evening before. It showed up under mis servicios - programados. And today in the morning a very friendly and punctual taxi driver drove me to the station. The prices didn’t match up (the drive was 40% more expensive than the app said), but I feel like I paid a fair price, so I don’t see it as a big minus. I think it’s only available in Spanish, but honestly it’s very intuitive even with limited Spanish knowledge. I’m very thankful it exists.

The service is not reliable. The app crashes and confirmations are missing from time to time. The driver might accept but the user does not get a confirmation. Sometimes it worked okay. Today, I tried to reserve a taxi. No message at all. I let the hotel call a taxi. Arriving at the airport I saw an email with a zero invoice. Apologies for the driver. Come on team, get this fixed. If you want to avoid Uber & Co that’s fine. m

The taxi are never arriving and if yes they come not to the right place and always 20-30 minutes to late. That’s the worst taxi app in the world, better you call direct somewhere.!!!
