What happened
Used to be really good. App not working properly and now you can’t pre book a taxi for a later time like before. Shame
Easy to use, very fast!
Despite the poor reviews I downloaded the app and used it in A Coruña for the first time, because my Spanish is not so well in pronouncing street names when calling a taxi over the phone. When selecting my location I was informed the taxi would be there within 10 minutes. Just two minutes later it already pulled up. Every information was displayed in the app in real time, e.g., my ride details, price, driver‘s rating. For me, the app was easy to use - my recommendation!

Había reservado el taxi para el día siguiente en la mañana pero aún así yo sentía muy desconfíado, me dio por llamar y dice que no figuraba en el sistema.. es mejor llamar que reservar el taxi

Beyond abominable in all senses

Whoever designed this app ought be utterly embarrassed.
Very bad app
Absolutely impossible to book with this. Just says cannot make booking all the time. I’ve tried booking in advance with same result. Deleted and reinstalled app but problem with logging in. App deleted I will use Bolt instead
Poor
Used every day for one week, intermittent results, sometimes it worked fine but the majority of the time it was a nightmare to use. Repeated failed booking messages in the app, no details of current bookings so you have no idea what’s happening. One day we had six taxis arrive for one booking despite showing all of the app failed booking messages and they wanted €10 per taxi and blamed us for not using the app properly…
A very poor taxi app
I have tried to sue this app and it is almost unworkable. Considering it is for a holiday destination you would think it might have an multi-lingual option. It is even hard to follow it you have a basic grasp of Spanish. I use Mijas taxi’s from a tank but the app is hopeless so use Bolt or Uber instead.
Useless app
I installed this app being in Benidorm. Tried changing the language to English but failed. The most confusing app I have ever used. Tried to book a taxi, the app did not confirm that the car arrived but the taxi driver started calling to my mobile so we got the taxi in the end. Will never use it again as it is not reliable
